What happens at the photoshoot?


We’ll meet at the designated meeting point at the venue you have chosen for your photoshoot. I’ll be the one wearing the yellow Follow Me Photography t-shirt or jacket – you won’t miss me!

We’ll start with a 5 -10 minute chat about what you’d like to get out of the session. Please bring along any visual ideas on a smartphone, if you’d like.

Then you’re free to explore the park as you wish! You could simply go for a walk, bring a picnic, play some games, run around…it’s entirely up to you! I’ll take photographs for the remainder of our time together. I know some people can feel awkward about posing and having their photograph taken, so I try to be as un-intrusive as possible, allowing you to have a relaxed & enjoyable experience.

What do we get as part of the package?


I always want to make sure you have photos to keep after the photoshoot, so all packages include, as a minimum: the photoshoot, my editing time and a personal online gallery of low-resolution images that can be shared on your social media channels. What happens after the photoshoot?


When your photos are ready, I’ll send them over to you in your personal online gallery. You’ll get a link to your gallery by email to the person who booked the photoshoot. I aim to edit and share your photos with you as quickly as possible, usually within 7 days after your photoshoot.

Can we share our photos on social media?


Absolutely! You’ll receive a link to your very own online gallery where you’ll have a minimum of 20 images from your photoshoot. You are welcome to share these with your friends on social media if you wish, this is really simple through your online gallery.

Please note, the photos will have the Follow Me Photography logo on them (a subtle watermark). You’ll also have the option of downloading high-resolution JPEG files (without the watermark), and ordering framed prints, for an additional cost.

I may share the photos on my Follow Me Photography website or social media channels, unless you request otherwise.

Can we order prints?


There are several print options available, framed or unframed, postcard to poster size. You’ll also have the option to order high-resolution JPEGs for you to make prints of your own (for non-commercial use). Ordering JPEGs or prints from your personal online gallery is super simple and straightforward.

Why does it cost more for more than 5 people?


I like to have a little extra time for photographing a group of 5 people or more to get a good amount of photos of you all. Because of this, it’s a little more pricey than if there were fewer than 5 of you. Similarly, if you have a group larger than 9 people, say for a birthday party, graduation celebrations etc, I will let you know a quote based on your specific requirements. It's raining! Will the photoshoot be cancelled?


If the weather is horrendous then it’ll be no fun for any of us, being windswept & soaking wet! I’ll be keeping an eagle eye on the forecast, an we’d have to make a call on things as the shoot approaches. I will always try to make the call the day before, where possible.

If the skies are a bit grey and it’s a just a bit drizzly, the shoot will likely still go ahead as planned.

If we have to cancel due to weather, you can choose to rebook another session or I’ll send you gift vouchers to the same value as your original booking, be redeemed at a later date.

All of my locations and meeting points are in busy, public places.

We're running late, what do we do?


Don’t worry! Try to let me know by giving me a call or text telling me how late you think you’ll be. I’ll wait at the meeting point for you until you arrive. I will try to give you as much photo shoot time as possible, but this will depend on if I have another booking after your slot. If there is less than 30 mins remaining of your photoshoot time, unfortunately there won’t be enough time to do the shoot and I’m afraid I won’t able to offer you a refund of your booking.

We have to cancel unexpectedly, what happens now?


Please try to give me as much notice as you possibly can, this really helps me manage my bookings, which is greatly appreciated!

More than 24hrs notice: You’ll have the opportunity to reschedule, or I can send you an e-voucher to redeem at a later date.

Less than 24hrs notice: I’m afraid I will be unable to offer a rescheduled date or vouchers.

If you have to cancel, what happens?


If I unexpectedly have to cancel the photoshoot, I will give you a call to let you know with as much notice as possible. I will offer you the opportunity to reschedule a new time or have gift vouchers to book again at a later date.


For bad weather cancellation: If the forecast isn’t in our favour, we’ll make a call on whether or not the shoot can go ahead with as much notice as possible. If we have to reschedule, we will get you booked in for a later date, or I’ll send you an e-voucher.
